How much air pollution and contributing to global warming do annual fireworks usage cause?

Aside from killing trees for the creation of cardboard and paper used to make them, fireworks produce smoke and release toxic gases into the air. I have not seen any scientific studies performed to determine mathematically, how much pollution is created and the effects of it.

    Seriously?

If all the fireworks that have exploded this whole year were piled up and blown up all at once, it would produce a smaller explosion and release less toxic waste than a single volcanic "burp" from Mauna Lea or another active volcano…

It couldn’t possibly amount to any more than one onethousandth of a percent of the global pollution puzzle.

Not nearly enough to merit taking the fun away on the fourth of July and New Years’

Well they really help me get greener. I mean, every time i smell the fumes they make me green. So that means they help make me a responsible citizen.

The news here in the Philippines said that the pollution here in Manila is doubled by 600% due to annual fireworks usage.
