I Would like to move to a warmer climate without the harsh snowy winters.?
Is there any place in America that is warm most of the year with winters that do not go below 30 degrees, have no hurricanes, earthquakes or tornados? Currently I live close to Philadelphia which offers various festivals, lots of museums and night life but the winters can be frigid with lots of snow. Any suggestions?

    You’re asking Australians ? lol

It is called Queensland Summery all year round

Take your pick–Pretty much any where in the US you will encounter some type of weather issue–but if I had to choose–go to Georgia — North Carolina or Florida.
BTW–You do realize you are in the Australia section asking an American question or did you want to ask where in Australia you would like to move?

Hey friend, just come to Australia! I have loads of American friends and they love it here.

The best climate is either Perth in Western Australia, or on the East Coast Sydney northwards. Queensland is a bit too much sun all year round. I think you’d miss having 4 seasons.

Winter really isn’t very cold on the East coast, just enough for a few weeks of hot meals and a sense of slowing, which is a nice break in the middle of the year. Plus the East coast isn’t so expensive or long for you to get back to the motherland.

But don’t eat the Vegemite. I don’t know one American who likes it!
