I still see people throwing garbage out their car windows, wasting fresh water even in the most developed places. Why does this still happen after everything that is being said and done about the environment. Is this within human nature to not care about tomorrow?

I see trash all over the highways, and often see people tossing trash and paper out car windows. They are usually too far ahead to get a license plate number, and even if I did get it, nothing would probably be done. And Usually no cops are around when they litter. So, how can this be stopped?

I hate walking by piles and piles of these on the street. Not only is it still littering, but it’s littering little bits of toxic chemicals wrapped in paper. It adds up.

Most people who toss them on the ground, or out of car windows don’t feel that they are littering because the trash piece is so small. How can we get this to change and for people to realize how disgusting this is?
