What do you think is the most important environmental problem that affects coastal environment and their watersheds? Why? How would you solve the problem?

This is not a question for school or anything. Just my own thoughts.

My answer to this question would have to be about the littering that goes into the ocean. As the tide washes ashore, I feel that more and more garbage comes with it. Last week, I managed to find some underwear that washed ashore and I was thoroughly disgusted!
What do you think?

Thanks for your answer but it didn’t have to be a good thing, it can be bad. Sorry for the confusion, i just need any news story on climate environment.
