I was talking to my friend’s dad, a staunch Republican, who claimed that carbon dioxide emissions do not affect the environment in any way as it is a natural element. That these "earth day" people have no knowledge of science.

It was interesting, but I don’t really believe him. I want to see the facts for myself.

How does cleaning up trash along a road help the environment (Earth Day Activity)?
A B J T- I did not say that I littered because I do not. For my earth day assignment i had to go out and help the environment. I chose to clean up trash along roads and i needed to write a paragraph explaining how my actions helped the environment.
