Besides global warming. I need something to write a research paper with. I am a freshman undergraduate environmental science major with a rudementary understanding of the environment. Are there any controversies concerning any environmental issue besides global warming? It can be about alternative energy, ecology, anything. It needs to be specific, it cannot be a broad issue.

I’m majoring in environmental science dealing with environment and ecology, but I don’t know what kind of job I can do.

What can I be if I keep majoring that?

I want to go to grad school with a environmental science masters program, as I am about to get a B.S in environmental systems focusing on ecology behavior and evolution. But I am now stumped into what I want to do with it. I dont want to be aperson who will just gather field data and write papers on it. Anybody know what I would do? I want to perform outdoor field work, but not have to do so much of the writing part.

Doesn’t seem that the scientist’s can’t seem to find answers to questions that are easy to solve.
Like global warming they have recently confirmed that humans were respnsible. Of Course!! I’m taking environmental science( in high school) and even I can understand what is happening and why. Do you guys agree?

I’m doing a project for environmental science and I’ve decided to stop buying plastic water bottles and switch to using one stainless steel water bottle. I’m trying to figure out how much energy I’m saving by not using so much plastic. Help?

I am currently doing a research report on the science of e-waste. What kind of a textbook would help me out best – environmental science or ecology? I am looking for a book that explains HOW chemicals like mercury, lead, cadmium, along with plastics, affect the environment.
