I really like bright hair extensions and I want to be able to wear wigs to cosplay. I don’t want to harm the earth though. I guess I could stick to only cosplaying as characters with black hair but that would suck. Do hair dyes pollute the environment a little bit or is it a serious issue.

I planned on starting to recycle every day items (cans, paper, bottles, etc) around my house instead of being wasteful and throwing them away. This was just so I could feel like I was helping the environment out a little bit. However, I wanted to know just how useful one person’s monthly recyclables are to helping the environment. Like 2 full garbage bags worth per month.

I recall something about storing water for emergencies,and that you could put a little bit of chlorine bleach in it to purify. Does anyone know the exact proportions of bleach to water? And, if stored this way,how long is it good?
