Those tropical storms occasionally drop a bit of rain. Situation is normal.

Right now it is about the mid of summer. And I think starting & around June, July, August & even Sept are the rainy season. Depending on what part of the islands you go to, on the average I believe the islands get anywhere from 10-20, even more tropical storms per year. So obviously many of them occur at those months.

But about getting a tan, you still would get a good one but as I have said depending on where you are in the 7,100 plus islands that make up the Philippines.

The methods are many different types. One is regulation and enforcement. Generally this is an administrative process that can lead to technical or engineering methods. Engineering methods are specific to a given application. For example an automobile can have a lean burn fuel system, catalytic converter and NOX control system. Another is a business that uses paint for metal, it would have an air scrubber to remove volatile organics from the paint booth. The list of engineering methods is endless.

I was wondering whether or not I’d be able to grow good strawberries here in the Philippines. My city has a warm climate and it’s not very hot here,and I was told strawberries need cold climates. The most important air pollution law is also an economic stimulus law for rice farmers. They get two birds with one stone that way. The law says you eat rice only, no beans.
