With all the talk of saving the environment it seems to me that someone should start selling powder shampoo in a smaller containter that we would simply add water to at home. Like the cleaner that Windex was selling (I stocked up on a bunch when they were on sale!) I simply bought little packets that could be put in an old windex bottle and I add the water to it. The plastic around the liquid dissolves in water.

I was just wondering what got you interested in saving the environment and becoming green. What childhood traits or experiences can you remember that would relate to the decisions/interests that you have now?

Can anyone please give me links for some good messages regarding sustainability and saving the environment?

I’m only 13 but I’m really into saving the environment. What should I do. I’m also an animal activist. I recycle all my paper and plastic, glass, cans, etc. I’m thinking about becoming vegetarian. Suggestions and opinions? Thanks =]

In fact I and my friends are photographar and want to slideshow the rural students from hills of how they can be instrumental in /caring saving the environment in Himalayas. We want to borrow a a LCD projector for a year after that we will return it. Is there a way to find out who/ orwich group can help us?

I have decided to live a cleaner, greener life. With all the strange natural phenomenons that have been occurirng (hurricanes, melting ice caps) I feel like I need to do more. I recycle, use energy-saving light bulbs, but there is so much more I can do. I’m thinking of taking the bus to work instead of driving my Jeep. Unfortunately the bus stop is 1 mile from my office. Am I crazy to want to do this or just really ambitious about saving the environment? Think of something you could do to live a greener life that requires some type of sacrifice – would you do it? Tell me what you think.
