What is the appropriate climate for the planet?
Assuming global warming is currently dooming our planet to a ‘Mad Max’ like existence. What is the most appropriate climate for the planet? Did we pass it 10yrs ago? 15yrs? 100yrs? When do we know we have reached a balance between human existence and nature?
Actually, there is no appropriate climate for the planet. The global climate changes all the time. The earth more than likely is experiencing a warming trend but it has NOTHING to do with man. It has a lot to do with that giant ball of fiery gas that we orbit called the sun. Ignore Al Gore and the media doomsayers. We are not headed for global catastrophy or a Mad Max future. Everything is cyclical and the global temperature will cool, then it will get warm etc.
There is no "appropriate climate". There is an inappropriate climate for the species which have adapted to the current climate within small variations. Basically we don’t want to force the global climate to change drastically (and drastically is just a few degrees on average) because then the environment will become less hospitable for the species which are adapted to our current climate (including humans). Species can only adapt so much.
Colder than it is now.
think about it, humans have only been on earth for a very short time, and have lived in north america for even less time, so who’s to say what is normal and what is not. one thing is for certain if the temperature keeps rising, our summers will become more unbearable and even more deadlier.
Entropy or enthalpy.
One is in balance the other is not.
It’s the one where industry and technology are benign.

cold in winter, warm in summer, cool in fall and cool in spring. damn global warming is screwing it up. stop ignoring the facts and thinking it doens’t exist. just because you don’t want to give your big SUV’s up.

About one degree cooler mean global temperature than now.
