I have no experience with these things, but i think that your local government would be a good start. If the like the ideas they can make a statement in the community which can start making people follow your idea.

That’s a good question. I think you have the most success in California somewhere lol…but…politicians might be a good idea…they can at least use the idea on a campaign and they will know how to answer your question better
if you were smart, you’d ask where can i patent my innovative ideas to reduce polution and global warming.
