One I know, it’s in The Body Shop stores. They use recycled bottles for their products and request empty bottles from their customers. I willingly give the empty bottles back while I shop for the new ones.
If it’s not being practised in your town then it’s up to you to get them to start. It only takes One cuz the impetus behind that power of One should be dedicated.
